The call for chapter proposals for an edited collection titled “Atomic TV” explores the relationship between television and nuclear history, culture, and technology. It addresses how television has served as a platform for confronting both the promises and dangers of nuclear energy and weapons since the 1940s. The volume aims to fill a notable shortage of book-length research exploring the mutual influences between television programming and nuclear development.
